Dance India Dance Little Master season 2 saw a spectacular finale with Faisal Khan from Prince Ki Paltan lifting the trophy after he got the maximum number of public votes and was declared the winner.
Son of an auto rickshaw driver, 13-year-old Faisal Khan has been the most consistent performer on the DID Little Masters season 2 stage and needless to mention, he was the strongest contender in the finals too. Beating his fellow contestants Om Chetry (7), Rohan Parkale (12), Saumya Rai (11) and Jeet Das (7), Faisal Khan proved that he’s the unbeatable champ. Though I must admit, the rest four finalists were no less in their dancing talent, but Faisal was just a bit better. Kudos!
As I sat through and watched the finale episode of DID Little Master season 2, I can’t express how elated I felt to see these born dancers making everyone go gaga over their performances. Each one turned out to be better than the other. By the time, DID Little Masters finale ended, I lost the count of WOW moments I came across. It was indeed stupendous, fabulous and fantabulous to see these Little Masters who set the stage on fire with their incredible dance moves. I felt these kids live to dance and dance to live.
I have been following the dance reality show for over three months now and each time I see these little kids dancing, I am left speechless, spellbound and of course craving for more! Such a captivating experience it is to watch them performing. Ah, I so wish, I could do even one percent of what these kids can do. Never mind…
Having said it all, one thing is for sure, these kids are not ‘Normal’. Each one of them is a prodigy, gifted with innate and immense talent. And somewhere I feel so glad that a show like Dance India Dance Little Masters, they have been given the right platform to hone their skills and present it on a much bigger and better platform. Otherwise, I don’t think anyone even bothers to care about kids who dance well and help them get appropriate training and support. DID Little Masters not only identifies the talent but also brings them into spotlight.
While season 2 of DID Little Masters has ended, I’m sure like me, thousands of Indians would now eagerly wait for the next season to come on air with mind-blowing auditions and breathtaking performances to follow. Till then, keep dancing and enjoy!
