The biggest surprise in Bigg Boss season 6 is out and it’s indeed DIFFERENT! Doors were made open to the rustic and raw village style mud house that has been aptly erected right next to Bigg Boss’ original house. I am thinking what made show makers and producers introduce this twist. Seems the existing Bigg Boss house full of controversy, catfights and negative energy wasn’t enough to drive audiences crazy that now the dose of madness and entertainment has been doubled.
More than the newly revealed house, it’s the contestants who turned out to be even bigger surprise. Apart from third wild card entry Imam Siddique, evicted Bigg Boss contestants Nirahua and Aashka are once again back in the game – and this time, certainly with a bang. For Aashka, however, who bid adieu to the show this week only, this re-entry didn’t come across as a pleasant surprise. Maybe after knowing that she no longer has to stay with the same old ‘politically correctly’ housemates, Aashka would have breathed a sigh of relief.
I still am wondering what possibly could be the secret agenda that Bigg Boss decided to bring together his bunch of neighbors and keep them inside the new house. Mind you, staying inside this village style house would be no less than testing times for new housemates, ‘coz unlike modern, equipped and luxurious Bigg Boss house, this one is a bit too old fashioned. With floors and walls made of mud, beds kept without mattresses, comfy couches replaced with (chatais) floor mates and antique trunks meant for storage purpose, I doubt if celebrities would actually enjoy staying inside the Bigg Boss village house. Not just this, cooking in aluminum and copper utensils and fetch water from a six feet-deep well – all this and more put together is going to be an altogether new experience for contestants.
Nevertheless, as Imam, Nirahua and Aashka get accustomed with this new house, there’s a lot more in store for audiences to watch out for. Stay tuned and keep watching!
